8 week Meal Plan - access to a recipe database of 600+ recipes! Select from a non-restricted plan, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, seafood-free, or even nut-free selections to tailor to your specific needs.
8 week Workout Plan for HOME or GYM, with 3 levels to choose from:
- BEGINNER: 3-4 workouts per week with a combination of weight sessions & cardio sessions to accelerate your fat loss!
- INTERMEDIATE: 4-5 workouts per week. Combination of full body and muscle group isolation days.
- ADVANCED: 5-6 workouts per week consisting of muscle group isolation focused days & cardio changing as the weeks progress.
- Your workout split is designed to help you shred fat, build lean muscle mass & learn how to train like Lauren.
