For optimum results we recommend using OxyShred in two ways:

1. First thing in the morning on an empty stomach, simply mix a measured scoop into some water and consume
OR
2. If using prior to working out, consume a measured scoop 20 minutes prior to exercising

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Returned products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, and must be in a re-saleable condition.
