Get Lean or Glute Builder - Which Will You Choose

You’ve signed up for the GOAL GETTER challenge, but have you decided which goal you will pick?

The GOAL GETTER challenge is super unique, as it allows you to pick a particular training program that is specific to your goal!

When challenge access opens on 24th March, you’ll be able to sign into the challenge in the LSF app. You will be prompted to select between two goals: GET LEAN and GLUTE BUILDER.

If you pick GET LEAN, you will be doing an 8 week challenge training program specifically designed to help fat loss.

If you pick GLUTE BUILDER, you will be doing a 8 week challenge training program specifically designed for building your glutes.

So which one should you choose? Keep on reading to find out more!

GET LEAN

Who should pick this goal?

Pick this goal if you are looking to reduce body fat, drop bodyweight and create a lean physique.

What are the workouts like?

The workouts incorporate both resistance training and cardio to accelerate fat burning. As these workouts are of a high intensity, each workout lasts between 30 — 45 minutes. You can expect to do all the traditional strength training exercises like squats, romanian deadlifts and shoulder presses, as well as cardio exercises such as box jumps, DB swings, and jump lunges.

What is the training split?

Each week you will do:
• 1x Quads + Glutes
• 1x Glutes + Hamstrings
• 2x Upper Body Sessions
• 2x HIIT + Abs

What are the meals like & what calories will I be on?

You will be assigned a calorie level that will place you in a healthy calorie deficit to support the fat loss training that you will be doing. Your calorie level is dependent on your height, weight, gender, age, and activity level.

Depending on those factors, you will either be assigned a calorie level of:
• 1400
• 1600
• 1800

You’ll be eating in a calorie deficit the LSF way — which means eating DELICIOUS MEALS. You can expect to see baked pesto chicken, veggie tortilla pizza and Nutella overnight oats in your meal plan.

Will my body weight increase or decrease?

If you follow the training program and meal plan to the best of your ability, you should expect to see a reduction in body weight. However, some people may stay the same weight, but this is due to an increase in muscle mass and decrease in body fat — therefore, fat loss has been achieved.

GLUTE BUILDER

Who should pick this goal?

Pick this goal if you are serious about building your glutes. Your glutes will grow in size and strength, whilst creating a nice feminine shape along the way.

What are the workouts like?

Workouts are strength-training based to help you build your glutes. Workout duration is around 1 hour. There is a focus on Loz’s fave glute-specific exercises such as deadlifts, hip thrusts and straddle lifts, plus upper body and core exercises to help sculpt a strong feminine physique.

What is the training split?

Each week you will do:
• 3x lower body sessions
• 2x upper body & abs sessions
• 1x (optional) cardio, arms and abs

What are the meals like & what calories will I be on?

You will be assigned a calorie level that will place you in a healthy calorie surplus to support the glute-building workouts that you will be doing. Your calorie level is dependent on your height, weight, gender, age, and activity level.

Depending on those factors, you will either be assigned a calorie level of:
• 1800
• 2000
• 2200

You need to be eating more calories to fuel the growth of your glutes. You’ll get to eat INCREDIBLE meals such as shredded chicken nachos, LSF McChicken Burger, and pepperoni pizza tortilla.

Will my body weight increase or decrease?

Building your glutes means you will be building muscle. This increase in muscle mass means you can expect to gain a small amount of body weight, but do not fret — most of this weight is due to the muscle from building your glutes.

So, which goal will you choose?

Be sure to sign into the LSF app before the challenge begins on March 28th 2022 and get ready to build your dream physique!
